When you reach out, we actually talk—about color preferences, the space where the arrangement will live, how long you need it to last, and what kind of atmosphere you're hoping to create.
Sometimes people know exactly what they want. Other times, they just have a feeling they're trying to express. Both are fine. We've worked with clients who brought in photos of their grandmother's garden and others who simply said "something that doesn't look like every other bouquet." The process adapts to what makes sense for your situation.
Dried arrangements have become increasingly popular in our studio, particularly for clients who want something that evolves rather than expires. A well-preserved composition shifts in texture and tone over several months, which some people find more interesting than cut flowers that peak and fade within a week.
How We Actually Work
There's no complicated intake form or design quiz. Just three straightforward steps that give us what we need to create something meaningful for you.
Initial Discussion
Reach out through whatever method works for you—phone, email, or stop by the studio. We'll ask about your timeline, budget range, and the context for the arrangement. This usually takes about fifteen minutes and helps us understand if we're the right fit for what you need.
Design Development
Based on our conversation, we'll source materials and develop a concept. For larger projects, we'll show you preliminary sketches or sample combinations. For standard arrangements, we move directly into creation based on what we discussed and what's available seasonally.
Delivery or Pickup
We handle delivery within Baku, usually within a scheduled window that works with your day. Studio pickup is also available if you prefer. For dried compositions, we include care instructions that explain how the piece might change over time and how to maintain it properly.
